UBEREATS *****S

I made an order to be delivered to WNS. The driver called once and I didn't have any network. Thr was an issue with my network, I was outside at the time and the driver was nowhere to be seen. I then got a picture and a message to say my order was delivered and I was confused as the picture does not match that of the building I work at. So with multiple attempts to contact the driver back with someone else's phone, he never answered and then when I tried again, he switched his phone off as the call went to voicemail. This is very disturbing and unprofessional. UBEREATS then told me that my order is not eligible for a refund?! How is it not eligible if I never received my food and trying to connect with the driver? This is robbing customers and I feel that everyone should rather use Mr D, as it's safer and more convenient. They are customer centric. UBEREATS JUST *****S FROM PEOPLE.
