UberEats ****s Again!

I, like several people on this platform have been taken for a ride by UberEats. I ordered a meal from Kung-fu kitchen and the driver completed the delivery against a bugod claim the he tried to contact me without success. The guards at my complex did not have a conversation with any Uber Eats delivery drivers who were having trouble locating customers. Like many on this platform, I was told that I don't qualify for a refund - based on nothing!

This is theft and is unacceptable!
