UBEREATS RUSTENBURG IS GIVING THE FRANCHISE A BAD NAME

This happened THREE TIMES!!! We ordered pizza the other night, and the progress bar kept showing the meal is being prepared,,, almost more than an hour later it indicated that the delivery could not be made. We tried again and it did the same. THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER AFTER ALREADY TAKING OUR MONEY.

Today it happened again when we ordered Mac Donald's... I had to drive there myself to collect the food because it was indicated that the delivery could not be made.

This is ridiculous. HOW can the delivery just fail? and then there is no real explanation provided.

This needs to be taken care of. This is not how a country-wide service should be run.

Also maybe consider CONFIRMING AND KNOWING 100% THAT MY ORDER WILL REACH ME BEFORE YOU TAKE MY MONEY!
