UBEREATS: ROCOMAMAS TABLE VIEW NON-DELIVERY, DELAYED REFUND, STILL STARVING

I ordered RocoMamas (Table View, Cape Town) via UberEats, was tracking the delivery, suddenly, the driver tracker disappeared and the app reflected that my food was delivered!! This is unacceptable!! And now I'm stuck in an apartment with no food cos my refund is going to take up-to 10 business days??!! ***** UberEats!!! This is pure evil!! Worse yet, you can't talk to a human consultant so everything is handled electronically and UberEats gets to send a weak apology short text??!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
