UberEats robs us in the name of cancelation fee

I made an order with a store on ubereats. I paid but noticed that my delivery address was imcorrect. I tried to change the address but was unable to. I was forced to cancel my order and was charged R320 for that order

I canceled within a minute of my order being accepted. And now they do not want to refund me
