UberEats robbing Customers

I bought food through UberEats. When I realize that the food is taking too long, I opened the app only to see that the driver left the food in the street and took a picture and left. I think it is a new trend of UberEats drivers to take a picture with the food on the street and take the food again for themselves because I saw other people had the same problem. This problem will continue unless UberEats changes their rules and inform their drivers that they are not allowed to leave the food in the street, must either return the food to the store and request the customer to pick it up. When I contacted UberEats they were very rude. I will never buy food from UberEats, I would rather use Mr D. I will also warn all my family and friends to stop using UberEats
