UberEats ****** me with R50!!!

Yesterday 28/11/2019 I ordered from KFC and the driver was cool. The app didnt give me an option to pay Cash so I used my card as FNB rewarded me with R75 off anyway. HOWEVER, the balance I had t pay was R35 but 2 debits went off with the same ref from Uber Eats. R35 and R50. I asked the driver what was going on and he said he doesnt know but gave me a number to contact, but they didnt help me as I'm not a driver and Uber support is there for the drivers ? I complained on the app and sent proof and everything. I am getting no response. I WANT MY R50 BAC****
