UBEREATs ****** me

<p>So I ordered food which was supposed to be delivered and was not. I then went to the Uber app for help, I had a chat to an agent in customer services by the name of Rachel, she said she has refunded me but when I checked my statement it says Uber took R48. I don't know what happened but I WANT MY MONEY. </p>
