UberEats removes order item without any notice

I have been using Uber Eats for years now. If there are mistakes, it was usually on the restaurant's side, and was corrected. But this one is on UberEats: simply deducting a special item from my order, without any notice/communication. Even though the amount was returned, I ended up with less food than I ordered (as per the order history and receipt) without ANY notice about why. This is so unprofessional and *********. I will not be using their service again.
