ubereats refusing to refund me R746.10 for the order I did not get

Placed an order for 7 meals worth R746.10 and paid an extra for priority delivery. The driver had 4 fours, and of the four meals one drink was missing. 3 Meals where missing. The driver then **** to uber and said I am refusing to accept the order and didnt mention that He didnt have the full order. The mistake I made was not to take the photo of the order. The worst experience ever, and now uber is refusing to refund me. I am going to phone 703 first thing Monday morning and also report this matter to the relevant consumer regulators.
