UberEats refusing to refund for order that was not delivered

I ordered something that was never delivered, I tried to request a refund and kept getting an error message to try again later. It only allowed me to request after two days and the feedback I am getting is that it is too late to request refund and therefore I cant get my money back. This is ******* in all ways, number one order did not get to me, number two your system makes it impossible to request refund, three even after explaining to them via email they still keep saying the same thing about two days policy
