UberEats refuses to take responsibility for order mess up by their driver!!!

An UberEats driver completely messed up my Steers order. I wrote to them so that they can send their driver to come collect their wrong order but they dismissed me completely on the basis that they do not make many mistakes. They refused to take responsibility.

I subsequently asked Steers to investigate. They explained that the Uber drivers only take 2 order each during the Lockdown. This particular mixed up the orders that he took from them. UberEats refuses to take responsibility. I am very disappointed in them
