UberEats refuses to refund

I placed an order and paid for it. When I selected my address the app did not update it and the driver went to the previous address and refused to bring my food to the correct address. I placed two complaints with uber eats as I paid for food I did not receive because of their ****py app and they just refuse to refund me. Won't reccomend their service to anyone! Rather use Mr D.
