UberEats refund policy very poor

I ordered a meal with 6 items at R20.90 each and only 3 were delivered. I complained on the app and I did get help on time but instead of been refunded the amount of R20.90 x 3 which is R62.70 I was only refunded R21.64. The question in my mind is what happens to my R41.06, it may seem like a small amount but is leaves a bitter taste of making business with them anymore.
