Ubereats refund

I placed an order on the 16th of October 2023 on the ubereats app and paid via card , the amount was taken successfully however the delivery was cancelled by the driver, I am still awaiting the refund, even after numerous calls to their support team , these people have blatant disregard for their consumers , service from some consultants make you second guess if they even understand what customer service is, I will not rest up until my refund is processed as people need to stand up to these companies , as we are consumers and we should not be taken for fools , if the business receives this review they can call me on *** or email me at *** to settle what's due to me, most pathetic support and customer service ever.
