ubereats refund

I placed a order on the 16th February 2024 with a voucher however the store had cancelled my order, I had contacted the store and was advised ubereats is liable for my money I have been contacting ubereats through the help option. they either dont respond or respond stating its a authorization hold and I should take it up with the bank after telling them multiple times I have not used a bank account it is day 6 I ak out of money haven't received my food and no money. I Tried contacting all possible numbers given online but not able to get through there is no email address for complaints. This experience is terrible.
