Ubereats refund.

In December 2020 two of my orders were not delivered from Ubereats. Paid in full. Driver never called or made any attempt to contact at delivery. I completed the complaints section on the Help menu. Got confirmation that they picked this up, and mailed that I will receive a full refund within 3 - 5 days. Its now almost a month. Its a nightmare to try and contact them as the Help section is the only way and its user unfriendly.
