UBEREATS ran by a ****EN STUPID MANAGEMENT and a whole IDIOTIC BUNCH OF CONSULTANTS!!!!!

I do not understand the level of incompetence from UBEREATS

Made a large order of R504 on the 14th of December 2023 on the app under Pedro's Chicken, WYNBERG. Called the store as transaction went through to my bank but order got canceled on the app and the store confirmed that they did not receive it from the foolish UberEats.

Had endless back and forth dealings with both the shop and UberEats on the phone and had also a lot of interactions with my bank and the shop helped by providing the contact details for UberEats!

The ****** ****en stupid UberEats consultants since mentioned that i will receive the payment and as ****** stupid as they are they haven't even banked the ****en money hence the bank cannot reimburse me.

Today is the 22nd of ****** ****en May 2024 and this ****en useless UBEREATS that clearly needs customer services and management training, has not voluntarily called or sent an email regarding this issue.

What SERVICE PROVIDER does not value their customers and it clearly shows that they do not understand business etiquette. There is no way on earth this can go on because I tried to be patient but I see they just taking me for POPEPHOL!!!!!!!!!
