Ubereats PROMOTIONS ****?

I ordered from a restaurant using the R80 off SPECIAL I received from ubereats. I got a call saying the order has been cancelled because the delivery gent could not start his motorcycle. My order was over R150 and included a delivery fee so it was not a "totally free order". I called the restaurant and they said THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER, only a cancelled request. If I donot get a positive response, I will lodge a complaint with the advertising authority. Where else can I report them for investigation.

Luckily, BOLT is launching in the northern suburbs.
