UberEats promo code not valid & locked my accound

I am a new customer and as per their adverti*****t, they promised me the R75 off. I struggled with the verification and once that was done, the app then said I already used the promotion. Its utterly nonsense. They have lost a customer and with how they operate, I am sure, they will lose more. Another thing, having lost the promo code. I tried ordering food and the app said I needed to verify with uber. I did so and still uber eats said the same thing. I can order a cab but I can't order food. How does that work UBEREATS. Tell me?
