UberEats poor service

On the 22/09/2023 I was on my app ordering debonairs pizza but then I decided not to since Im off the next day,rather I enjoy my pizza at home rather than work.The next day I ordered from romans then realized that I had 2 deductions in my bank account.I cancelled the debonairs one since the delivery was work address.Later on I got a call telling me my delivery is waiting for me,I told the guy I've cancelled order,the next thing I check how far my romans pizza is I'm told it was left at the door and the picture they sent is not my home.Now I paid for 2 pizzas and ate non.I tried communicating with the Uber people but received no help.I'm never ordering anything from them.
