uberEats poor service delivery

I ordered mistakenly yesterday,and cancelled order before it's sent out to me.i called uberEats on ***, informing them that I didn't even receive the food however my account was billed and yet they are not willing to refund,I spoke with different consultants but there is no willingness to assist,yet their system in place is very poor hence it only favours them/benefit them.
