UberEats - Poor Service & Complaint Handling

Service standards can VERY POOR. I recommend alternative food delivery services. I suspect it may be due to over-reliance on generic, rigid mechanisms for complaint resolution, with little human judgement.

My legitimate refund request (incorrect item) was rejected, and it seems that the merits of my individual case were ignored. Formerly a loyal customer, I can't continue supporting this organisation. Support said they "will be unable to offer any additional insight" when I queried this.
