UberEats poor service

I ordered food from Burger King, then made the payment with my bank card, the payment went through but the order was cancelled on UberEats' side, I paid again and the same happened. So now there was two huge amounts (R1717) that went off on my account and all UberEats can tell me, it's a holding fee, it will be refunded. It is the end of the month and I have to pay bills, rent etc. It has been exactly a week now and I'm still waiting. Very bad service, I won't use them ever again.
