UberEats poor service and no delivery

This is unacceptable, I waited almost 2 hours for my food, there was no form of communication nothing; and then they cancel my order after waiting for 2 hours at 11:36pm

This is totally unacceptable and demand a reason for this, my son has to go to bed hungry due to your poor service.
