ubereats poor service

Finnaly after 2 years i finnally get what i ordered. But now the delivery is so slow. I have to wait a minimum of 2 hours....thid is a joke. And the app wants me to tip...i only ever tip the driver on delivery...after checking i get what i ordered. Like waiters, delivery people get the effects of poor service. But ubereats charges me for this poor service and they expect me to tip.
