UBEREats poor service

In the last 3 months we have ordered take aways weekly online through Uber eats.Without fail 95 % of the time the food arrives cold and articless short.The drivers are clueless to correct orders and to try and call anyone is impossible .The 2 stores involved with incorrect orders are Debonairs Broadway and McDonalds Durban north.Although UBerEats refunds it still means that someone does not get food.
