UberEats Poor service

So on Tuesday the 19th of March 2024, I ordered on Uber Eats from Cappello - chicken strips. After waiting quite some time, I was wondering where our order is. Just to state, I work for a Doctor and we were very busy, so I could not take the call immediately from the driver, and also, this is not the first time to order from Uber Eats, and my address is very specific and clear as I work at a hospital for a Doctor and we have consultation rooms on the outside. I got a message that the driver was looking for me and I phoned back just for him not to answer. Then I got a message that the food was delivered, but I never received anything. Then I called back again for the driver to answer and I explained that I got a message that the food was delivered but did not receive anything. He then rep**** I must wait he is on his way........needless to say he never arrived. When I lodged a complaint on Ubereats they send me a photo of a parcel placed in the street and I must go and look for it and there is no refund for that because the driver did deliver it. I am so disappointed in their service, after using ubereats since forever. I will definitely not order with them again and I want everyone to check who do order that if the driver is Mduduzi Ashley to cancel your order because he does not deliver
