UberEats Poor Customer Service

We orderd pizza from Roman's through the UberEats app, the order they sent us was missing the correct toppings we ordered on both the pizzas, after contacting UberEats they only refunded me half the order? We had to eat pizza without cheese and UberEats simply said they cannot help but understand our frustration???? Poor customer service, messing up customer orders and not fixing the problem.
