UberEATS poor customer service

I was ****** in December of 2024, with everything, phone, wallet and card with ID card, there was a charge of R319.47 on my Uber account which I never authorize and has explain this to UberEATS so many times, and have ask them to removed and I have raised this so many times, as I never made a purchase of this amount, they simply don't want to help or remove the charge, they are so disrespectful and have poor customer services, the consultant was rude and not helpful at all.
