UberEats POOR customer service

I am highly disappointed by this company. I have ordered Chicken Licken with them 3 hours ago and the driver by the name of Tebogo Samuel was supposed to have delivered.3 hours later still no delivery. I received an email stating that my order has been delivered which is not the case. I tried contacting UberEats Customer care and Chicken Licken Midrand Mews and was not successful. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible.
