UberEats payment of food I didn't receive

On the 21st of January 2021 at 10:27 i used their promo code to buy wimpy meal and the code went through and order was placed couldn't cancel order so the driver had to go back with the food at the restuarant if he really did take food back my account wasn't paid with an amount of R63.40.and they expected me to pay it and I did pay it fir the food I didn't get my question is where did that food go too and why did I pay for something i didn't get please assist the drivers name was Joseph
