UberEats pathetic service

I’ve had the worst possible experience with and Kauai Florida Rd.

On 2 different occasions the same issue occurred.

I’ve used the services and since I missed a call from the driver due to being in a meeting they took the initiative to cancel my order. After getting out of my meeting and returning the call to ask the driver if he could please bring back the order he began to shout at me for wasting his time which was like 5 minutes or so and had refused to bring back my order. I then decided to contact Uber Eats to no luck. According to the agent my order was cancelled so it’s not refundable.

The disappointing factor is the type of ****ty services we get from these delivery guys. I will never want to use this service again
