UberEats pathetic service

I placed an order with ubereats on 23 August 2021. The order was for 2 cheese burgers, fried and a coke which I changed to a mc fizz. Only the mcfizz arrived. I refused to take the order from the driver as it was not my complete order. It was a cash order qnd i refused to collect the items or pay for anything. I immediately complained and was advised that they would refund me for the items that were short. I went on to explain that I did not accept or pay for the order therefore, a refund is not due nor do I owe them anything. I was advised thelat the matter was resolved however, my app still showed that I owed them. I went back to complain that it shows I owe them for items collected yet, I didnt receive anything. They then advised that they would clear my arreas inly this one which was nonsense, I did not owe them anything! I then deleted the app. Today 20 September 2021, I order an uber and the money pending from the order that I never received was deducted from my account! I contacted uber customer care and explained everything, only to be told, sorry, the order is older thqn 48 hours and there is nothing that can be done. I asked that they investigate this matter buy going back to previous correspondence only to be senr an automated sorry, the order is older than 48 hours. This is absolutely pathetic! This is how you lose customers who have supported you loyally!
