Ubereats -pathetic

On Sunday afternoon I placed an order for delivery but it never arrived I sent soo many requests on the help option to advise them of this and till today I have not received any feedback

I had to replace an order which I was charged for again The initial order was updated to delivered but no one arrived or contacted me .

How safe is this service they take our money and then claim we received an order !!!! I would appreciate it if someone could assist with this terrible service
