UberEats Overcharged Me - Bad Customer Service

I am highly disappointed in UberEats. On Friday afternoon I placed an order. There was a special, R99 for two Mochacoes burgers. I added that to my cart, along with six chicken strips and chips for R89. I also had a promo code that gave me R80 off, which I added. The total added up to R129.00 (with the service fee and delivery fee included). They then proceeded to deduct R239.69 from my account !!! They overcharged me 😡 Today (Monday) I decided to lodge a complaint, the website then said that they don't do refunds for orders older than 2 days (this information is nowhere to be found and not mentioned anywhere else btw). To make it worse, the food was extremely dry. The burgers had no butter and barely any sauce on. The chicken was dry and there was barely any lettuce on the bread. UberEats' customer service is appalling. I am extremely disappointed.
