UberEats over charge

I ordered in the amount of R145.29 on the 17 June 2023, the order went fine until ubereats deducted the same amount on the 23rd June 2023 at 12h31am (when they were closed). I made contacted for my refund, to be told that they will get another team to investigate. I have reached out to ubereats via my app on numerous occasions to be told that the issue has been resolved and its been 3 weeks and still no refund. How is it resolved if i haven't received my refund and HOW DO THEY ***** FROM LOYAL CUSTOMERS!
