UBEREATS - ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED AND NO REFUND!!!

My UberEats order was marked delivered but I never received it. There is no valid proof of delivery and the UberEats driver did not contact me. I tried calling and only received the voicemail of said Uber driver. There after, i tried to lodge a complaint with UberEats stating that my order was never received. To my surprise my UberEats app stated that the order was delivered, which is not the case in reality. I tried to lodge the complaint with UberEats again but only received an error message. I've been trying to have an UberSupport agent call me so the situation can be resolved but no such communication is available or capable of being obtained. I am left hungry and without the amount i paid for this meal that never arrived courtesy of UberEats.
