UberEats order not delivered

I ordered lunch for my girlfriend at Steers Simonsrust in Stellnbosch. I placed the order at 12:45 and the food was not delviered by 14:10.

I called Steers to ask if the food can be collected. Steers was okay with it and my gf went to collect and received extra chips as the original was cold, nice touch from Steers.

UberEats gave me a R35 off on my next purchase. UberEats is usually on the ball. I hope this does not happen again.
