Ubereats Order in Greenstone Hill

On Tuesday evening I ordered Ubereats from John Dory's. It was sushi. The delivery time was estimated to be 35-45 min. It is now 80 min later and my order hasn't even left the restaurant. I complained on the app, an agent responded with no real action to be taken, just that he would look into it. With the price that you pay for the convenience, I expect better service and than this! Never again Ubereats!
