Ubereats or Uber-*******!!

I had a promotion loaded on my account I ordered for R119.90 from Nandos and thought the R75 discount happened. I placed the order and seen over R130 was charged...I checked the receipt and seen the promotion was not app****. so I canceled the order. The only information given was that I would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. To my shock and disgust they send me a message on the canceled order saying that I was charged R119.90 for inconvenience to the merchant and someone else. You guys are !@#$ *******. They do not have a contact number or email address. I deleted my apps and I will never use these ******* ever again.
