UberEats or not to eat.... that is the question??!!

Will never make use of this service again, drivers are rude and bite off more than they can chew. Ordered sushi so didnt mind that the order came late as its not a hot item BUT having to wait so so long after you have made it very clear what the address is is quite ridiculous. Even after speaking to the man he took ANOTHER 25 min to arrive on the pretense that he cant find the address, you can see on the app this guy is driving around with other orders as he stops every once in a while which i dont have an issue with but then they must really just change the app to a - you'll get your order when you get it tipe of thing.

So i decided to give them another shot and ordered pizza, same guy picks up the order - takes 1h25min to get to me - received COLD pizza GROSS and the order is WRONG as it was not even checked by the driver??? WTH again he calls and says he cant find the place - drives around making other deliveries for 1h and then when he finally arrives, the food is cold and the order incorrect as he doesn't check it in the shop.

Again i was told their speed is just the way it is and they cant drive around with just your order as well as they also cant be expected to check that your order is even correct before they leave the store?!?!?!?!

OK then well in that case with such a poor service outlook ill just never make use of them again and wont recommend them either.

So when you sick at home and need someone to bring you something like food/groceries DONT make use of UBER, get a friend to assist and pay them that extra - you will at least then get what you pay for. Some hot food with the correct order that was checked before they left the shop....
