UberEats not taking responsibility for Issues

UberEats does not take responsibility for any mistakes their drivers make. We got a cold pizza, not luke warm even, cold. They did not respond to our complaint and neither did Debonairs Summerstrand Village. Once something goes wrong neither party takes responsibility and you end up bouncing between the 2 with no positive outcome. Absolutely pathetic.
