UberEats not refunding cancellation that they suggested

I placed an order yesterday from KFC. As soon as I placed the order, I realized that I used the wrong delivery address. I instantly contacted customer support to change my delivery address as food was only starting preparation. When I gave them my new address (which is closer to the store than my incorrect address), after which they told me that it is too far from the store and asked me to cancel my order. After doing as instructed by UberEats, they turned around and said that they can’t refund me because I put in the incorrect address and cancelled the order (under their instructions)
