UberEats not refunding after canceling order and no communication or way of getting in contact with support.

I paid a purchase from Spar on UberEats on the 6th of June 2024. I paid by eft the sum of R128.10. After an hour the order was canceled. To date, my money has not been refunded. I was instructed by UberEats through the help icon that I should contact my bank as the money was not taken but put on hold. My bank states that the money was banked by UberEats. Communication is horrible consultants reply after days and there is no customer care support to call. I will never order from UberEats again after this kind of service and being ****** for my hard earned money.
