Ubereats not as good as they think

I ordered at 14:30 from kfc westgate off the ubereats app, after an hour the driver arrived when he gave my order I could feel it was missing something, I then looked and noticed it was not mine so I gave it back and the driver said he would go back and fetch my order it is now 24 hours later after complaining and still no feedback from Uber eats they have taken my money and food and then no replies on the app.
