UBEREATS - NON DELIVERY

I wish 0 stars was available because what the hell?! Placed an order at 20:30 the order was 'heading my way' since about 21:00. I watched that driver drive around the whole damn suburb. No responses to messages nothing. I slept at 00:45 and that order was still "heading my way" At around 22:30 I saw this was not it and placed another order because I mean a girl gotta eat.

If the restaurant was unavailable or any other issues why was I not informed and the order cancelled and money returned??

Cherry on top... I contact support this morning and spoke to MARIAM. Not 1 single "apologies for your experience" nothing. Just " your order was cancelled. is there anything else". Lol what ?!!!!! An order is on the way for 9 hours at night and that is the response? And NO! I did not receive a refund. It is not even about the refund, it is the service. They push this UberOne (have been a member for yeeeaaars now) but dont deliver (excuse the pun) on their side.

Lastly: M***M!!!!! Cancelling that UberOne nonsense
