Uber/eats no longer a trust worthy company. Use at your own risk

A driver came to the wrong gate to deliver food, took a picture posted it on Uber claimed to 'deliver' or leave the food at the 'wrong' gate took the food and left. I've been going to and from with the Uber eats help centre, they keep saying that the driver called me and was at the gate for the expected time before her left. I tried to explain that I was at the 'correct gate' which other Uber eats drivers use when they come deliver and I tried to call the driver to re-direct him about 3 times and he didn't pick k up. They are too concerned with the fact that the driver was around the area. I then called the restaurant where I ordered the food, they traced the driver and interrogated him, he didn't take the food back to the restaurant and claims he took the food to 'uber' and that i must go fetch the food there. Even after telling uber help center this, they don't want to refund, they support this ********* behavior and they say their driver was in the area and that's that.

Uber and uber eats is a becoming so *************. They don't deserve our business at all. They de***** innocent people and hire *****'s!
