UBEREATS NO DELIVERY due to technical erro

I tried to order from Mcdonalds on the app on the 25Oct19 at 21h05. I select the meals I want and get to process payment. As I select payment, the app sends and error message saying the order could not be completed due to technical error. I try one more time, same error and I close the app. No order processed, no order received. A notification goes off on my phone from my bank saying money has been put on hold for the amount R65.60. At first I think they charged me twice but realize it is one charge for order and one charge for tip. I call Uber on Saturday 26Oct, no help I am referred to the website to send my query. I fill in on website and am contacted by Uber support to advise that the money is put on hold with my bank and I should contact my bank if they do not release it but wait a few days. I wait a few days and then call my bank who confirms Uber has taken the money off my account. At this point I have been mailing back and forth on Uber support with screenshots of the debited amounts and am continuously told to contact my bank but confirming that they took the above amount off my account but not duplicate. I email back explaining ONCE AGAIN that I did not receive the order and they charged me for something I did not receive and was never processed on the app due to a technical error on the ubereats app. No answer from uber support. My bank confirms that Uber took the money and they cannot reverse it, the only other option is to submit for ***** on my account. I email Ubereats again informing them and asking them to contact me on telephone as back and forth emails do not seem to be working because they do not seem to understand what I am saying. No Answer. Saturday afternoon I email again asking for feedback, no answer, Sunday Afternoon. no answer. It is 04 Nov today and I have still had no answer and my money has still not been refunded to my account. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received from Ubereats support and will not be ordering on this app again. Please refund my money
