UberEats: No customer care. Horrible service

I ordered a meal from McDonald's with UberEats. The total being R219.70. When it was delivered we received an apple juice instead of a milkshake. We requested the driver to take back the order and get the correct one. We gave the whole order. Thereafter the driver stood outside "confirming" with Uber for approximately 40minutes. We then got a notification as if we received the food. When queried they said they refunded the R30 for the milkshake, while we didnt have our food. When requested for the full refund we were told that they would refund the R30. Told them once again that we need the full refund and we haven't received any reply yet. Very unhappy with the service from UberEats and will definitely not be using them again.
